A: Definitely. We encourage you to. One of our missions is to help you understand your home better. The inspection can be a valuable learning experience.
Q: Will you give an opinion on whether or not to buy the house?
A: No. We report on the current condition of the house as it relates to its functionality and safety. Only you know all of the factors involved with your situation.
Q: How many days in advance should I book the inspection?
A: We recommend at least two days prior. Things happen though. When you call, we'll see if we have earlier options.
Q: What are your inspectors' qualifications?
A: Our inspectors are graduates of the American Society of Home Inspectors/ASHI School. Their comprehensive training and continuing education requirements are considered to be the most extensive in the industry.
